This box comes with two different flavors of crackers, perfect for pairing with a variety of cheese for a wide platter offer.
- SMOKED SALT CRACKERS (also knowns as Chapter #7) pairs well with mild cheese like Tetilla cheese, Brie, Emmental or Mozzarella.
- Ingredients: Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (18%), and smoked salt (2.5%).
- PINK PEPPER AND QUINOA CRACKERS (also known as Chapter #8) pairs with hard cheese like aged Manchego, Cheddar, Gruyère, Blue cheese or Feta. You may also want to try with cheese from Asturias because of their strong flavor.
- Ingredients: Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (18%), quinoa flour (4%), and pink peppercorns (2%).
