Roast Piquillo Peppers with Garlic by Rosara.
Rosara Select only the best Lodosa Piquillo peppers DO (denominación de origen) and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour and pack them in their juice. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results.
