Whole Lodosa Piquillo Peppers by Conservas Artesanas Rosara.
Rosara roasts its peppers over beech wood and peels them without water so that they lose none of their unique sweet flavors. It is a very complex process, but with delicious results. The DO regulatory board oversees Roara production for Lodosa Piquillo peppers, which is confirmed by the numbered label which is always on the pack.
We recommend serving the Piquillo peppers hot (in low heat with olive oil.) They can be used for garnishing of meat or fish dishes, along with some olive oil, tapas with ham, cheese, foie-gras, smoked salmon, or stuffed with a mixture of bechamel sauce. It goes well with almost all products.
