Whole Piquillo Peppers from Lodosa.
Rosara select only the best Lodosa piquillo peppers DO (denominación de origen) and grill them over beech wood them peel without water so as not to lose their flavour and pack them in their juice.
It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. Roara production is overseen by the DO regulatory board for Lodosa Piquillo peppers, which is confirmed by the numbered label which is always on the pack.

Rosara roast its peppers over beech wood and peel them without water so that they lose none of their special sweet flavor. We recommend to serve the Piquillo peppers hot (in low heat with olive oil.) They can be served for garnishing of meat or fish dishes, alone with some olive oil, tapas with ham, cheese, foie-gras, smoked salmon, or stuffed with a mixture of bechamel sauce. It goes well with almost all products.
