These product come from 100% Iberico pigs which have been fed exclusively on fallen acorns, known as bellota, during the free range season "Montanera" from September to February. Popularly known as the Pata Negra or Black Hoof, The resulting meat is swirled with high levels of flavorful, natural fats for which this pig has gained international notoriety.
This is a boneless Iberico ham, perfect to keep in the refrigerator (will last for month) just pull it out when needed.
