Ventresca de Bonito del Norte El velero by Ortiz is the finest and most delicate part of the tuna, the Yellowfin's Ventresca. This ventresca is prepared in limited quantities by hand and cut from the ventral area of a freshly caught Bonito tuna.
With a 100 years in history and through five generations, Conserva Ortiz has perfected their techniques in order to achieve the greatest quality preserving this Bonito del Norte Ventresca (White Tuna). Their craft techniques ensure that the fish that are caught do not suffer, which improves the flavor and texture of this product.
