Recipe Chistorras al Vino: Reduce wine in a saucepan until ¾ evaporate and begin having thick consistency. Add the sugar necessary to neutralize the acidity, salt and pepper and set aside. In a pan fry the sausage until brown, remove excess fat and add the wine sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
