- Para 2 docenas / 4 personas:
- 1 taza de agua
- 1 taza de harina
- 1 pizca de sal
- 1 nuez de mantequilla
- aceite virgen extra
In a casserole to heat the water, add the butter nut and a pinch of salt. When it boils, add the flour, still stirring with a wooden spoon until it is detached from the container. If you see that it is very hard, you can add a little more water.
Let the dough rest until it is warm.
Put the dough in the churrera and cut the churros on a frying pan with plenty of hot oil.
Be careful not to get stuck. Drain them on a plate with absorbent kitchen paper and sprinkle with sugar.
